1955 Mosrite

It’s been years since this guitar last came through the shop. At some point, it had been routed for humbuckers, but the current owner wanted to bring it back closer to its roots. I installed a set of reproduction Carvin AP-6 pickups, custom made by @curtis_novak_pickups — the same style Semie Moseley used in his early builds.

To adapt them cleanly to the existing humbucker routes, I made a pair of acrylic risers, painted to match the original pickguard, and tapped to mount the pickups.
